Dial-a-Cab Rugby is the trading name of Dial-a-Cab Midlands Ltd. We collect personal data from customers when customers book and ask for quotes for taxi journeys. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website or contact us by phone or email.

What we collect

We collect information about you when you book a journey or request a quote. Website usage information is collected anonymously using cookies (small files stored on your computer).

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to ensure your journey can proceed as smoothly as possible. All taxi journeys are centrally managed using a secure cloud based taxi dispatch system so we can monitor the progress of a job. Drivers will be given your contact details so they can get in touch with you if they are delayed or there are any other issues.

Drivers have been instructed to delete all personal contact information from their mobile phones after the journey is completed and this information is automatically deleted from in-car systems.

We may hold personal information for the purposes of servicing regular contracts. We never share personal information about our customers with any third party other than our IT service providers.

Marketing and social media

We will occasionally send emails about our special offers and new servcies. If you book a journey by email then you can opt to receive these emails. We will also publish information on our Facebook page and other social media

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some
